    Group age and gender in the report

    Hello,

    I want to count how many person for age between 6-13 but separate M and F please help to tell me what can I do,

    I can count by age but I don't know how to separate M and F.

    My Report like this


    Level M : Age 7-13 M: Age 14-17 F: Age 7-13 F: Age 14-17
    G1
    G2
    G3
    G4
    G5

    your base query will have the data and Age.
    if you dont already have age, then: Age: DateDiff("yyyy",[birthdate],Date())

    then in the next query that uses the one above,make these extra fields:

    M : Age 7-13: IIF(([gender]='M') and ([Age]>6 and [age]<14) ,1)
    M : Age 14-17: IIF(([gender]='M') and ([Age]>12 and [age]<18) ,1)
    F : Age 14-17: IIF(([gender]='F') and ([Age]>12 and [age]<18) ,1)
    etc.

    then sum.
