Query with form criteria not working as expected

    Dear all,

I have a query pulling data from 2 tables. ClaimData and ProviderData.

It works good until I set a criteria on the query to pull only the info based on the ClaimID active on a selected Form.

The criteria is the following [Forms]![ClaimsDataSheet]![ClaimID]

In the query results, I get the correct ClaimID, ProviderName but not the bank info that I need. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong

Does this mean that if you set the ClaimID criteria to a valid value and run the query, you get the missing information?

When I remove the criteria I get all the claims stored with all the provider information missing.

The active form has a valid ClaimID and I get the providerName in the query results but not the other fields

UPDATE: I have found out that the problem is limited to one specific provider and I have no idea why their info is not showing. It doesn't make sense

That really isn't what I asked. Re: the update - there has to be something about the mix of fields that doesn't satisfy the criteria even if it seems it should. Suggest you copy the query and start with a bare minimum of fields, running, checking and adding one field until it fails to return the expected results. That should point you in the right direction.
