Suppress Blank row in a continuous form

A have a main form that contains demographic data about an individual and tabbed (continuous form type) subforms that show the individual's contributions. I want to allow editing of the information in the subform but I don't want to allow the user to add new information, i.e. a new record, so I want to suppress the blank row that shows up at the bottom of a continuous form. I can't see an easy way to do that. Is there a simple setting or should I do it programmatically?

    Thanks

The form/subform has an Allow Additions property.
