Cleaning Data

I need some help cleaning some data. My main data table has several thousand records with ' (for foot) and " (for inches) in various places. I have created a query to replace the ' with foot but I cannot figure out how to search for “because it is a reserved character



Any help is appreciated.

zero-length string
