Question Database to manage log files from two machines and filter them

    Hello,
I have some machine logs, they are in 2 types of formats. I need Access Database witch will manage to auto import these files (logs are changing almost every 5 sec) auto update them, organize and sort information as following form:
    Date (dd.mm.yy.) | Time (##:##:##) | Report (msg)
I want following filters for GSM report:
    · To see when machine started project
    · When machine finished it
    · When machine reject component and witch component
    · When operator modified product

    · When machine failed to find fiducial
    · When machine waited for feeder remount
I want following filters for Genesis report:
    · When machine started project
    · Finished it
    · When machine reject component and witch component (witch head, spindle, slot and track)
    · When operator stopped machine with emergency stop button and recover it
    · When machine failed to find fiducial· When machine waited for feeder remount
    · When operator open and modified project
All filters to be with witch machine, time, date, and one column to have a sum of all errors of 1 type and of all types. To be able to export every single table of its own, and for all errors of one project, with final sum of all errors that happened on one project.
In attach you can find example of log files.
Since I'm newbie into this Access thing, can any1 help me with this? Point me to any direction how this can be done? Even how much can this cost to be developed?
    Best regards from Serbia!

Enclosed is a database that converts your .HTM and .TXT files to a format you can import into tables. I do not really understand your end goal but getting the data into a format that allows you to query it is where you want to go with this.

The converted files (HTMConverted.txt and TXTConverted.txt) are both tilde (~) delimited. you can create an import spec for each file and import them into local tables then work on your other problems.
