Transpose Data from Rows to Columns

    doc06909220170808150432.pdf

I have a table which has a Project, Contact, & Position (I simplified this table for this example). I want to transpose this table per the attachment. Is there a way to accomplish this via Queries? Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a CROSSTAB query. However, if the Position data is not literally "Worker1", "Worker2", "Super1", "Super2", etc - with the numeric suffix - it will not work without a calculation to create that sequencing value.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
