Print preview page size different from design view. Don't know how to change it.

I'm printing labels that are 2.25" by 1.25". The print preview shows a page that is maybe 3" x 10" which makes the details difficult to read with out zooming in (and then it's still not super clear). It prints fine, and zooming in is not a big issue, but I'd like the page to show the correct dimensions to help the database look more professional.

In design view if I go to Page Setup on the ribbon and click "Size" nothing comes up except for a box that's probably 3x5 pixels. If I go to the Page Setup pop up and go to size it says "user defined" and there is no other option.

Is there another way that I can change the print preview page size?
