I created a one field table country and another table address the data type of the country field in address is a lookup wizard, which lookup value in the table country but when i create the address form the country lookup box is not populating the values in the country table. Any suggestions.

Hi,

the table country is supposed to populate the combo box, not the other way round. The combo box ensures that only a limited list of evaluated countries can be used in the address table.
You can of course create a form based on the country table to populate that table.
