I've searched and read several posts of which do not help me :cry:




ok, so, what I need to finish from what I have so far ...

1. A report is generated from a form with the current data on the form (for just the specific quote info on the form).
2. It's a Preview of the report. It has graphic (the company logo).
3. Prefer to send it as PDF but if SnapShot is the way then so be it.
4. Once they preview the report, the user can currently click on the Send Email Attachment button I put on the tool bar. This sends just the current report of the quote info. They are prompted for the Send Type and the SnapShot viewer is the only one that will have the correct formatting and image.
5. They then have to enter the email address of who the quote needs to go to.
6. Would like to have the email populated from the database related to the quote which is linked to a customer that has the email address so the user does not have to enter it each time.
7. Would like to have the Quote number either in the subject or body of the email with the verbiage "Please attached [companyname] quote 12345"


What is the best option to get the above accomplished or something like this?
