    Access Import Help

I am having an issue importing a .txt file that has been opened and saved as using UltraEdit. The file appears perfect in UltraEdit, however when importing it to Access it does not format correctly.

The UltraEdit file example is like this:

SubID Last First Policy PolicyName IND
00000 Doe John 0000 United XX
00001 Doe Jason 0000 United YY
    00002 Doe Sue 0000 United

And so on. But when importing to Access because some of the IND information has a null value, it will move the information incorrectly and in Access it ends up looking like this:

SubID Last First Policy PolicyName IND
    00000 Doe John 0000 United
    YY
00001 Doe Jason 0000 United YY
00002 Doe Sue 0000 United XX

    Any advice?

    .txt file

No. It would violate my HIPAA rules.
