How to have a field display a drop down list when I enter a name in another field. If I enter a team

If I enter one name in a field or pick from a drop down in a field then it affects what the other field will display a drop down list. Ie if I pick a team say barn old boys. Then the next field will display a list from all the barn players which will be in another table

    hope I am making sense

    help appreciated Lawrence

ihave created a data base for a local football league for issuing fines for red and yellow cards. But it would be easier if I selected a team and then it would display all players in that team. I would have table of teams and table of players for each team
