    2007 Access DB won't work in 2010 - 64 bit

I had a DB created in Access 2007 and it worked just fine in Office 2010 32 bit.

I recently upgraded to Office 2010 64 bit and the DB now will not open.

I get a "compile error:" The code in this project must be updated for use on a 64 bit system."

Since I'm not a programmer is there anything I can do to force the program to use 32 but until I can have a programmer look at it?

    Thanks.

If the code contains any 32-bit api calls then it is not going to work in Access 64-bit. No, you can't force it to use 32 bit, as far as I'm aware.

Thanks for the response. I guess I'll switch back to the 32 bit version.
