Two fields not allowed in Report

I have "CountofCHASN" in two different queries as they have two different parameters, I have used them in a third query , When I create a report from the third query the pop up box says "The specified field {Countof CHASN could refer to more than one table listed in the from clause of your SQL statment" How do I get past this?

    Cheers!!!
