Where did some of my macro commands go in macro create menu?

I am using access 2007 in a win 7 pro install. I had been using for years and frequently used some commands that are not appearing in a recent install I had to do after my hard disk crashed. I have a new hard drive with a fresh win 7 pro install and I reinstalled access 2007 and registered. So I am thinking needing to reinstall it has left something I had figured out or set not configured the same.

I used to use setwarnings command in macro to stop messages from many steps in a macro making me hit return to accept ok all the time as it popped through the steps. I can not find that step in the macro now to turn that off. I found somewhere in online help that you had to have trust settings set to have the location your dbase file is stored in to be trusted. I changed that now and I am still not seeing set warnings command option to pick. Does anyone know how I can get that back?
