PS Enjoy reading your posts..... I learn from each one....
You are too kind. There's so much Access related stuff that I've never or seldom delved in to that one of the reasons I help out here is to learn more. Who knows, I might decide to come back as Allen Browne .

And I second the notion on your signature. If I ever think of one to top that, I'll change mine over at Mr. Excel. I used to have
"1 out of 1010 people understand binary. The other 1001 don't."

but I don't now. Probably not enough room with what I have.

    How about:

Q: "How many programmers does it take to change a light bulb???"
A: "None. It is a hardware problem!"

    ----------------
"There are 10 types of people. Those that understand binary and those that don't".

    or

"There are 3 types of people. Those that can count and those that can't".

    PS:
I've said the last one to both men and women.
All of the men (~ 25) got it.
Only two out of 16 women got it......
    (hmmmmm...curious isn't it?)

I had that one on a white board in my office. Nobody who read it, got it.
As for the counting one - I hope most of them weren't trying to balance the household check book.

I love it! I am going to have to tell that one around the office.

Just made a post elsewhere and noticed my count was exactly 8,000.
    That's a lot of candles.

Thanks. Don't know if you knew I was trying to help out at Access World Forums but I haven't posted there in a some time. The place got too toxic for me, so I guess abstaining from AWF has ramped up my participation here a bit more - where it all started.
Keep up the great work you do!

    Hi Micron,

Agree with the toxicity comment. I still participate where practical/useful but ignore many threads and posts.

Congrats on the post count --major milestone.

Congrats Micron. I gave up going there about 3-4 years ago. Was not comfortable with messages some of the "helpers" were offering.

@alansidman, it is definitely their loss that you don't help out there anymore.

I guess 10,000 would be it and it's here? I'm not expecting to see another zero added.

Congrats. I bet the next 10,000 take you less time than the first.

I've been watching and wondering if you would make 10,000 by year end. You made it! Congratulations!
