rapidity of running

my database has many record, so that when i running some commands for opening my report that source data is a query, the running speed is very low.


how can i resolve this problem?
Is the number of records affect to running of query rapidity?
Is Visual Basic programming, a better way to manage large data banks?
(i only Familiar with Visual Basic programming)

Querys are generally better (faster).

How many records and fields does your report require?

I am sorry. My phone don't have any internet connection. I have account in Telegram and FaceBook in my pc.
All of records in my database is about 73000.
My report has a chart that chart contain 3 fields.
