    Contact list connected to membership list

    I have a membership list with information like name, email, phone etc. and I'm trying to connect it to a contact list so that whenever a new member is added to the membership database it updates and gets added to the contact list. In other words i want to connect two fields so that whenever something is added to field 1 it gets added automatically to field 2. I'm pretty new to access so any advice is much appreciated

    Generally, you wouldn't/shouldn't try to keep 2 tables in sync like that. You'd pull data from both when needed.
