Exclamation ODBC--call failed. Macro NOT running on my computer, but works for a co-worker.

    Hello,

I'm having issues trying to run a macro on access 2007, which appears to be failing when trying to export data into a stored procedure on SQL (action name 'TransferDatabase').

    Exact error message: ODBC--call failed.
    '[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near ','. (#102).

After that error pops up another message comes up referencing error 2950 (after searching this online it seems that this is usually related to the database not being trusted or enabled, but it definitely is for me so that can't be the issue here).

What really throws me off is that in that first error message it says there is a syntax error, but one of my co-workers is able to run the macro just fine. So there can't be any issues with the SQL coding.

This must be an access issue right? I verified that I have owner access to the SQL database I'm trying to transfer the data too already.... and have set up my ODBC connection to be the same as my co-worker's, so I'm stumped.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Let me know if more details are needed

    Thanks

    -Cam

your odbc client could be out of date.
    refresh your table links.
your macros could be turned off. (doubt it)

Thanks for the tips. Nothing has worked so far.

Also, a side note - I have a 32-bit ODBC Admin and a 64-bit. My co-worker only has the 32 bit. Could this be causing issues?

    Thanks!

Just an update - now having an issue where I am getting the following message, "ODBC--connection to '(SQL Server Name)' failed. But when I tested the connection on ODBC it passed. I'm not sure what the issue is and I am even more lost now.
