One filter which filters multiple queries without having to edit each query's filter

I have several queries set-up that use a fiscal year and fiscal month as filters. Is there a way I can have one general filter (example - January 2017) that I can use to filter a set of queries instead of having to go into each individual query and modify the year and month? Appreciate the help.

Put the year and month on a form and then reference that field in the queries: in the criteria line =Forms!formname!fiscalyear

Check out tempvars. It provides you with a project wide persistent variable.
