Removing Modal AND PopUp Settings

I (not knowing what it would do) changed the settings on a form in Access to be Modal: Yes, PopUp: Yes. Now, I am unable to edit my database. Upon entering, the form pops up and I am unable to click on anything but the buttons in the form. Can anyone help me change the settings back? I am on the verge of tears!

Hold down the shift key when executing the DB. It should open without the form showing. Now you can open the form in design mode.
