Automated Extracting Table data from Daily Emails

Our EPOS till system emails a table containing the days transactions each day to a specific email address I have set up.

I'd like to extract the data from the table and insert it into an existing table in a MS Access 2016 DB. Both tables contain the same field types (Transaction ID, PLU ID, Order Placed, Quantity, Sales Price, Discount, User ID and Till IP).

The table is contained in the email message and has the above headings and then contains numerous rows of data for each transaction (no set number of rows per day)

Is there any way I can automatically extract the data from each email (Email gets set at 10pm daily) and have it added to the table within MS Access? I have Office 365 and local versions of Outlook & Access 2016.

I don't mind spending approx $100 or so on email parsing software if this will allow me to do it but wouldn't know where to start setting this up.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.
