What references should I have selected? Right now when I go to tools>References I see "Visual Basic For Applications, Microsoft Access 15.0 Object Library, OLE Automation, and Microsoft Office 15.0 Access database engine object library" with check marks and everything else deselected. Should I have something else selected?

No, that is all I have on your database as well. I was referring to any that say MISSING, but you already answered that. I have two computers, one on 2010 and one on 2013, and they are both behaving the same. I have seen posts referring to 32bit vs 64bit and how there is a difference with Access. I don't know about this kind of stuff, I again recommend that you create a new thread and you will get better answers about system stuff.
