Print single record in report and view

Hey guys, I got my report to open up to a specific record which is great, but if I scroll down it will display record after record, so how do I block out these records so it only shows the one and how do I make a button on the report so it will only print out that one record.

    Thanks!

well nvm it only shows one record it will show another record if there is a revision for the same id. So I just need to figure out how to print one record.

If you are limiting the data in the query of the report to only show 1 record, then when you print that report it should only print that one record or page. Are you trying to print a Form or Report?
