How to get Metadata from .wav file into Access ?

I have some .wav files with metadata in the header and I would like to retrieve it and put that data into an Access table.


I also need to play the files .. but that is no issue, it is really about getting the metadata.

In particular I want to get things like ..

- date and timestamp 20161229184102
- number .. ie 8411
- user ie LPS DOWNTOWN SGT PORT

I can manage to get what I need if someone could help me deal with how to get the data.
Btw .. there could be several thousand of these to do in a shot so I need it to be reasonably quick. But .. that should hopefully not be too much of an issue.
