Hello,

I am completely new to using forms in Access, and what I want to do seems fairly straight forward, but I can't see to find the way to do it.

I have a zip code table and I want to create a lookup form that allows the user to type a zip code into a text field, and then populates the locale type and other pertinent information in additional text fields on the form. I don't want the user to be able to modify the table data at all.

Any suggestions?
