New Records not showing in Query

    Hi,

I've been entering new records into my DB and i can see them in the main table. But when I run a criteria query which pulls information from multiple tables, the new records is not showing in the query results. From what I can see it seems to be because the new records do not have records in all the tables which are being used within the query.

E.g. Participant table has all the persons contact details, date they began etc, other tables are linked via person ID and hold information relating to each part of a training program they are undertaking. The Query pulls the persons name, date they began, and results for assessments in the various other tables.

What is the best way to approach and fix this?

If I had to guess, you need to edit the join between the tables. Right or double click to do that.

    It could be your joins.
start with the 1 data table, then run the query each time you add a table.
    eventually you find the culprit.
