Importing email messages from Outlook to Access 2016

I have Access 2016 running with Win 8 on a Dell laptop. I want to create a database where I import email messages from a specified folder in my Outlook 2016 email program. I have tried to use the External Data-More-Outlook Folder function choosing "Import the source data into a new table in the current database", and get as far as this:

Name:	mail import access.JPG
Views:	16
Size:	51.3 KB

However, when I click Next from here I get an error msg that says that the wizard does not exist or is not installed. I have checked the add-in and trust center settings and reinstalled Access once. Actually, I have the same Access version with Win 8 on a desktop at work, and on this machine everything works! It looks to me as if the settings and everything else are identical on the two computers, but still I get the error msg on the laptop. And this, as you may imagine, is increasingly frustrating....

Here is the error msg I get:

I would appreciate any tips on this ^_^

you may need to activate the outlook reference library

Open the VBA editor ctrl F11 open up the VBA editor
    under the tools menu
    select referances
look for the Microsoft outlook 16.0 object library
    select it and hit OK

restart access and Try your wizard again.

This often works for me when I have to work with outside programs such as outlook or gmail.
