location of "enter parameter value" box

Does anyone know how to change the location of "enter parameter value" box on the screen? You can drag it to a new location, but it always comes back to the same location...in the middle of the screen.



Please help if you can.

I believe that is a permanent behavior of the "Enter Parameter Value" input box. Try creating your own pop-up form instead.
