    Cool vba old style/new style

    Hello everybody,

I'm a newbe here on this accessforum, this is mij first post...:-)

After installing access 2016, I would like to resume programming with VBA on access 2016.
Before I worked with access 2003.

This is totally different! I cant put in the text, I am pushed bij microsoft into a new way of inputting vba code,
and I can't get it right.

Q: is there a way of getrting rid of this 'tool', and do my thing like I was used to, like in Access VBA 2003?

    Many thanks!
    Reinier

What exactly were you trying to do? How did you do it in 2003?
    Samples please.

Sounds like you may be in the macro builder instead of the VBA editor. Also make sure you aren't in a web app, which doesn't allow VBA.
