An employee list for each company or a single list with a company field?

Just starting to learn Access and creating my first tables.

I created a table with all my suppliers (name, address...)
Next, is it better to say each supplier has a list of employee and populate several lists, or is it better to enter a single list of all employees with an "employer" field?

A short answer would be enough, I just want to start in the right direction. I will understand why later, when learning more, it's fine.

I agree with Ajax on the specific question. However, I recommend you watch the videos suggested in this link to get a fuller understanding of database concepts.

    Good luck.
