    Inventory Query Table

    Hey folks,

Anyone can help please... I am currently making an inventory of our office supplies. And honestly i a new with access. I knew only a few basic creation of this access.
I have created 3 tables; product list, purchases and issuances. 3 Tables are have relationship using product id field. 3 Tables works fine but my problem is making an inventory query/reports.
The query shows multiple the same products, what i wanted is to group same product and sum-up how many issuance or purchases have gone so far. I am not good in explaining so please refer on pics attached
    Thank you very much

How do Products get into your system? Is that not in scope?

You may find the links I provided in this post to be helpful with concepts and design.
    Good luck.

Further to my previous post and PM, here is a tutorial that starts with a Problem description; then works through a process to identify tables and fields, and relationships; then shows a Solution (database design). If you work through the tutorial, you will learn a process that can be used with any database.

    Good luck with your project.
