Compare Dates in Query- another newbie question

I have a query that reports all training received by a specific member, in a subform.

I have it working great but now I need to modify it to select dates only after the member's renewal date

I have tried a couple of ways to set the criteria in the query >[Member].[Renewal Date] etc. I am afraid I cannot seem to find a reference anywhere to how to compare the two dates in a query in this manner

Care to post your solution? Maybe it will help some future user........

BTW, it is best programming practice if you do not use spaces in object names.......

So I am sure I could have done it by using [Query Name].[Field Name] but since I had the two dates on the form, I did this.....
    >[Forms]![Tracker]![cntcommencedate] And <[Forms]![Tracker]![cntrenewaldate]
