search form that produces multiple results that meet search criteria

I am trying to build a form that only has a few search fields from the table and that based on the entry or entries made in the searchable fields a list of records that meet the criteria will be listed in the form form. I have created a form with the 3 fields I want the user to enter data in to search on but I don't know how to make the form show multiple results. Every form I try just jumps to the first record that meets the criteria. I am probably in over my head here.. have not done this in a long time and never such an advance search form. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

You could display results in a subform that is in DataSheet View. Another option might be a Continuous form.

The first thing you need is the SQL statement that will be defined by the search parameters. With the SQL in hand, you can assign it to the recordsource of a form, subform control, etc.
