    Changing value of a field after an event.

    Hello Folks,

    I'm a musician writing an access application to handle my admin.

    My O/s is vista and it's access 2000.

    I have a table holding details of my bookings

    Date, Fee, Venue etc.

    One of the fields will be Contract Printed
    I guess this should be a logical field.

    The default will be False.

    I want to;
    Run a query that will extract the records that need a countract printing. That should be easy enough.

    Run a Word mail merge, preferably from within access.
    I'm not sure how I'll achieve this.

    Then change the value of the Contract printed field to True.

    I can work in Forms / Tables / Queries ok but I have no experience with access macros or visual basic.
