    Saving record preserving entered data in text boxes without closing the form

    When saving the record created in a bound form with multiple text boxes which will be the same for subsequent records, works fine for the first record. Subsequent records overlays the previous record not adding it to the table. The code used for this is:

    Private Sub CmdSave_Click()
    DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdSaveRecord
    Me.ImagePath = " "

    Me.DocumentTitle = " "
    End Sub

    Two of the text boxes are the only ones that change and are blanked out.
    The form is not closed.

    Question: Can you save multiple records without closing the form?
