    Access back end file

I have a beginner question. I have an access database that has a back end file. I want to combine the two files back into one file again. How do I go about doing this?

    Thank-you

Make a couple of back ups first!!

Open the FE and delete the linked tables (and only the linked tables).
Import (not link) the tables from the BE into the FE. In A2010, go to the ribbon, EXTERNAL DATA, ACCESS..
    Follow the prompts

    Done......
