    Microsoft Office 14.0 Object Library

I am programming with VBA on an Access database, and I want to use the Microsoft Office 14.0 Object Library. It is not appearing on my list of available references, though.

However, I have another database on the same computer, and it's appearing on that one. Why is it available for one database and not the other? How can I fix this? Thanks for your help.

    Matt

IF you are using that version, you could try to find it manually.
get the path listed on the 1 PC where it shows.
them click the browse button to see it you can select it from add reference.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I tried that and it did not work. I found the path, clicked on browse, selectd it, and clicked open, but it still did not appear on the Reference list. What else do you think I can do?

Oh shoot. I was looking at the path for the wrong reference. But here's the problem- when I select the reference on the other database, I can't see the whole path (see screenshot below). The name of the path is cut off. And Access won't let me expand the window so that I can see the whole path. Any idea how I can get around this problem?
