    choosing language

    Hello fellow programmers!
Good day to each and everyone!

Is there a way to make the user choose a language (Arabic, English) on login to system?
    Thank you!

Not quite sure what you are asking - if it is a straight

then you would have a form which could not be closed until a language has been chosen.

However having done that, if your intention is to translate the db so it communicates in the chosen language then I'm sure it is possible in principle, but you would need to store the language the user has selected and maintain a table to store translations for every caption on forms and reports to be referenced every time a form or report is opened - this in turn may require resizing of controls.

You may also have issues with currency and numerical data (some languages use 20.00, others 20,00) to be overcome for control formats/input masks and may require different fonts to be loaded to cope with accents and alternative characters used in different languages.
