    Conditional Format question

    I have a list of race winners and would like to highlight the winners as well as the Pole winner.

    [Start]=1 "yellow" works to highlight the Pole position and [Finish]=1 "green" for the winner. Their are a few times where the winner was also the pole sitter and I am having an issue resolving this to show a third color. I have tried [Start]=1 , And [Finish]=1 "red" but it does not show the third color.

    You wouldn't want a comma:

    [Start]=1 And [Finish]=1

    Also, note that the conditions are evaluated in order, so you'd want that one first.
