Subform Isn't Retrieving Information Correctly

Hello! Total beginner here.
Essentially I'm dealing with 5 tables



Order Table
Order-Inventory Table
Inventory Table
Pick Table
Pick-Inventory Table

I'm creating a Pick Slip form. When I go through the old pick slips (I previously wrote in the table), the pick slip updates with the order information. When I try to create a new pick slip using an order number, the order information doesn't refresh in the subform. I'm not sure if I'm using the query incorrectly. Any help please?
