I am connecting to corporate database views via an ODBC connection. When I use these tables to build a query in the design view, the fields are not displayed in alphabetical order. Some of the views have over 100 fields on them. Is there a setting/preference in Access that will allow me to change the the order in which the fields are displayed? I know which fields I'm looking for, but listing them in alphabetical order would just speed up the creation of queries.
For the record, making changes to the source database views is not an option. The solution I am looking for would need to be Access specific.
Note: I am using Access 2013
Thanks!
