    If anyone can see why my dates might not be pulling through and could help with that I would appreciate it. Everything else seems to be working now. Please help. Thanks!

    Well, the link I gave you should show the finished SQL. That would likely show why 0 is going through instead of a date. Or, as I said, you can attach it here.

    ON Switchboard
    Manage Users
    Manage Records
    Add Batch Work Records
    Fill in FOrm ( I only have 3 fake volunteers right now. FYI)
    Click Add New Work record.
    It saves.
    Click Manage Work Records.
    It shows all the bad date work records.

    Make Sense.
