Dear users,
I am learning MS Access and can create a simple table, query, forms etc but I'm not an advanced user.
Now I want to make access database for my organization. We have four bank accounts in four (4) different banks, say Bank A, Bank B, Bank C and Bank D. We deposit and withdrawn very often from these 4 banks. Now I want to create database which will record all the banks transactions, suppose if we deposit in Bank A, the amount will be increased, and if we make withdrawal from Bank A, the balance amount will be decreased. And also any transactions date will be recorded. And when we make withdrawal there should be a 'note field' or something like that in which we enter like 'Reason for Withdrawal'.
I will be very grateful if you help me out in this problem.
