Just out of curiosity, is there anyway to access USPS API or any other free database for city state and zipcode verification that can be integrated into an access dB? USPS would be nice because it would be updated and the most accurate.
I am aware that I can find pre-built tables. I'm just interested to see if there is anything else out there.

Have you heard of the Access Interop Assemblies? Using them you can integrate just about anything. The community version of visual studio can do all of it.

Just looked into that and I am very confused by it. I'm struggling to learn access and vba to get my project done. Ill play around with this, but from what I can tell, it wants me to use visual studio and I'm just not there yet.

USPS and Canada Post and I'm sure British postal service offers for fee products. These will require some sort of contract stipulating terms of use.

I did find a site offering free US Zips in csv format (dated 2012). I have no idea of the supplier, accuracy etc.
