    Default Information for an existing field HELP


    I am in desperate need of a bit of help. We have created a program with Access and we have all our records in it. We created a field and we need to find a way to have all our existing records use default information to automatically populate that field.

    Create a query that includes all data from your table and include the table with the default info in it. create a one-to-many relationship from you table to the default table. run the query and make sure it returns the records you want. If it does then in design view run the Make table query.
