Adding a picture in a form

I added an OLE object for a table that represents readers. I'm making a database for a library basically, that will house all of the books my family has read, etc. For the readers tab I wanted to have a picture of my boys and my wife, etc. When I insert the object and point to a my picture I want to use. I don't actually see the picture. It shows the file name and I must double click it to then show the picture. How do I make it just appear without any clicking? Thank you

you can have an ole field, show the photo in a browser or paint, copy the image
then in a form paste the image into the image box.
it is now saved on the record.

if the image is a file and you have an unbound image box, use LOADPICTURE filename

Actually, where do you type this LOADPICTURE ...and is it just that LOADPICTURE filename or is it LOADPICTURE "filename" or something else? Thanks!
