    Filtering Madness

I have a report which shows a bunch of documents. One document can have a certain number of revisions. So in the report I have a column for document name, and a column for revision number.

I need the report to only show the latest revision of each included document.

Has anyone ever done something of the like? Thanks

It would help to know your table structure, but does one or both of these queries accomplish the goal (as the source of the report)?

It would be helpful if you said what was the record source for the report.
To produce a list of Documents and only their most recent Rev Dates, create a query... Group By Document. Max Rev Date.

Did you try the two-query solution I posted?

I just created a Query which sorts the data first by project, then by document name, and then by revision number. So if I could just put a filter under rev number, like Max or something, that'd be amazing... I just don't know the right command!
