    THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!! I learned a lot from ya'll. I went back to my original and started playing with the code and I removed the last 2 pieces of code (on the start command button) and it worked. I removed DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acFirst & Me.Refresh . I have attached the working database.
