    Deactivating Records

I have this simple database which records account balances. I would like to discontinue using this database and migrate to Quickbooks. I would like that once a customer balance is migrated to quickbooks that their record when loaded displays

an indication that the record is closed.

I was hoping to have a toggle button or something when clicked changes color (probably red) to indicate that this customers balance has been migrated. Any other suggestions would suffice but I would like that when each user access the customer's record there is a clear indication that this record is migrated therefore they need to update the Quickbooks file.

The form has a main form with FName, MName, LName, and ID
The subform has Transaction#, Date, AccountID (this ID indicates the type of transaction eg money receipt in mail, money received via money order, payment for phone credit etc) Deposited Amount, Withdrawn Amount and Receipt Number

This is how the main form is setup

Have a field to indicate this status. Use Conditional Formatting to change BackColor and/or FontColor.

Date is a reserved word - should not use reserved words as names.

Also advise not to use spaces or special characters/punctuation (underscore is exception) in naming convention.
