Link form with report, page break of report, and gross total at end page

Dear all,

I'm novice in Microsoft Access and i wish to get help from you.



Kindly advice the method how to achieve the following action:
1. Link the form to the report
- Report appears only the current key-in selection of the form, no other.
2. Page break
- If the information in the report that was key-in through the form was achieve more than 1 page,
the information from the detail will go to the next page and the page indication will auto jump to "page 2 of 2.
3. Gross total at end page
- after user has selected item to purchase (e.g. 3 pages), the gross total will appear only at the final page of the report.
- gross total includes:
- Price excludes tax: e.g. 157.60
- Add: tax@6%: e.g. 9.46
- Total price included tax: e.g. 167.06

In form design, turn on the wizard, drag a button onto the form.
it will ask you to pick a report, choose it, done.

The query behind the report will contain all the data you need above, the taxes, gross, etc.
use SUM on total fields.
Read up on Reports.

How do i make the taxes and gross appear at the end of my report but not at the front or other page?
